Main Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business partners in Central and Eastern Europe
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Prepare and conduct business meetings and negotiations
Communicate with customers and management in English
Prepare quotations, follow market trends, and identify customer needs
Coordinate projects and ensure smooth handover to the production team
