Feladat
Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into our systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration
Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into our systems in full and on time and in line with our internal policies and local/global regulations
Connecting' data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives
Supporting our knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date
Elvárások
The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status (in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Training & Development)
Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English and Greek
Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
Nyelvismeret: Angol (Felsőfokú iskolai végzettségek)
