Deliver collections management services to SBS

Review AR ageing reports

Perform collection & dunning

Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process

Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility

Perform daily task of blocked order release

Ongoing university studies in finance or related fields

Comprehensive knowledge of accounts receivable accounting

Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems

Intermediate knowledge of Greek and English
