Registering AP invoices, communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Support employee expense process

Preparing and registering payments

Processing bank payments/refunds, creating AP manual journals entries as appropriate in NetSuite ERP system

The position is open for applicants with active or passive university student status

Ongoing studies in Accounting and Finance or related field for at least 1 more year

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
